LSU continues to stockpile talent to its 2017 recruiting class.
The latest is four-star Louisiana athlete Patrick Queen, who pledged himself to the hometown Tigers after attending LSU’s Junior Day on Saturday.
“After praying with my family and a lot of discussion I am proud to announce I am officially an LSU Tiger,” Queen tweeted.
Queen, a 6-foot-1, 205-pound athlete, is the fourth member of the Tigers’ 2017 class.
Queen is also the second athlete to pledge to LSU.
The Livonia High School (La.) product has played running back and safety thus far, and could see time at linebacker as well.
Queen is rated as Louisiana’s No. 13 prospect from The Boot, per the 247Sports Composite, and held offers from other in-state programs such as Louisiana Tech and Tulane.
