All-American LB sets up LSU visit
Three days after decommitting from USC, Daelin Hayes is already moving forward in his recruiting process.
Hayes, a 4-star outside linebacker from Skyline High School (Ann Arbor, Mich.), released a list of his five official visit destinations on Wednesday. The list included Notre Dame (Oct. 17), Ohio State (Nov. 7), Michigan State (Nov. 14), Oklahoma (Nov. 21) and LSU (Nov. 28).
The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder will travel to Baton Rouge, La., to watch the Tigers take on No. 9 Texas A&M in late November. Hayes, who has reported 22 offers, is considered a strong Notre Dame lean, according to 247sport’s Crystal Ball projections.
Hayes, who accepted an invitation to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, is rated as the No. 2 prospect in the state of Michigan and No. 9 outside linebacker in the country.
