Brandon Harris finds himself in yet another big-time position.
Harris, who started the season under center for LSU and lost his job to Danny Etling in the second game against Jacksonville State, has taken over at quarterback in the second quarter against Auburn.
The move comes after Etling, making his second start in his Tigers career, suffered a blow to the head after a hit from an Auburn defender. Etling, a junior, was bleeding from the forehead afterward.
Etling is being tended to by the LSU doctors on the sideline. The penalty was ruled malicious and led to Tre Williams being ejected from the contest.
Harris is in for LSU — for the play — but Etling returned on the ensuing snap.
