Ed Orgeron is spending a good chunk of this Monday in Northern Louisiana. Among his first stops with the Tigers’ top quarterback target in the Class of 2018.
Orgeron, along with area recruiter and tight ends coach Steve Ensminger, are going in-home with 5-star quarterback Justin Rogers on Monday, he tells SEC Country.
Rogers, who officially visited LSU on Nov. 25 weekend for the regular-season finale against Texas A&M, received a visit from Ensminger and wide receivers coach Mickey Joseph on Wednesday.
The TCU commit is still deciding whether he will take an official visit somewhere this weekend, but is scheduled to return to Fort Worth on Dec. 15. He makes his final decision on Dec. 22 at 5 p.m. CT.
LSU remains in pursuit of a quarterback for its current recruiting class with Rogers right at the top of that list.
