Former LSU cornerback Ron Brooks was one of three Philadelphia Eagles players who protested during the national anthem before Monday’s game between the Eagles and the Chicago Bears. Brooks joined safety Malcolm Jenkins and defensive end Steven Means in raising a fist.

The players’ protest is the latest in a string of them by NFL players. Gestures started last month when San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick sat during the national anthem.
