Former LSU defensive lineman Al Woods will be staying with the Tennessee Titans.
The seventh-year defensive tackle inked a new deal with the Titans on Saturday, according to the team’s website. Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported it is a three-year contract worth $10.5 million with an extra $2.25 million in incentives and $5 million guaranteed.
Woods has played for four different clubs throughout his six years in the NFL. He’s spent the past two seasons with Tennessee and started nine games for the Titans last season. Woods recorded 14 tackles in 2015.
Woods played in Baton Rouge, La., from 2006-09, making 13 starts during his senior season. He was selected in the fourth round by the New Orleans Saints in the 2010 NFL Draft.
