Former LSU fullback Jacob Hester has a message for Florida.
On Monday night, the Tigers and Gators begin their best-of-three series to decide college baseball’s national championship in Omaha, Neb. Hester was in the mood for the big event early Monday afternoon, sending a message via Twitter that says, in part, “Show them what happens when you get in front of a Tiger.” The clip included with the text shows Hester ramming Florida players during LSU’s victory over Florida in 2007.

Hester had 1,780 yards rushing with 24 all-purpose touchdowns during his career at LSU from 2004-07. He had a career-high 1,103 yards rushing in 2007.
It’s fun to see one of LSU’s former football players showing support for the Tigers baseball team on Twitter like this. You’ve got to enjoy the LSU love, if you’re someone who bleeds purple and gold.
We’ll see if LSU’s baseball team can claim the national title in the coming days.
