It’s good to be Les Miles at the moment.
The former LSU head coach has all the pressure off his shoulders and left the school on good terms.
He’s also not in any rush to find employment as the photo below shows Miles somewhere south of the border in Mexico. The source would certainly check out as former LSU baseball Michael Papajohn. Papajohn helped lead LSU to the 1986 College World Series with legendary head coach Skip Bertman at the helm
While workin n #Acapulco my driver is Fredrico we starting talking about #Louisiana n #LSU n he said “I have good friend there his name is Les” he went on to tell me how much he enjoyed hanging out with the coach n being his driver while the coach was on vacation n then he had a big smile n showed me this pic which made me smile with ..Coach always represented LSU well 4 sure !
What are the odds, a driver in Mexico meets a former LSU player who shows him a photo of him with Miles. That’s a wonderfully dad-esque outfit as well with khaki shorts and white new balances.
If those Purdue rumors are true, Miles certainly isn’t concerned at the moment. The Tigers paid Miles well, but back in the states, his replacement Ed Orgeron hasn’t lost a game yet as the LSU head coach.
