Stevan Ridley has not had the easiest NFL career.
After getting off to a superb start with the New England Patriots, the former LSU running back battled fumble problems and later tore an ACL. He’s bounced from the Patriots, to the New York Jets and to the Detroit Lions. Now, he’s on his fourth NFL team in just six seasons.
On Sunday, the Indianapolis Colts announced they signed the former LSU running back.

Ridley was taken in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft after he rushed for 1,147 yards in his junior season. He played four seasons with the Patriots before playing the 2015 campaign with Jets. Ridley then signed with the Detroit Lions, who released him earlier in preseason camp.
The Colts, who missed the playoffs last year, begin their 2016 season against Ridley’s former team, the Lions.
