Former LSU star Ben Simmons has announced which brand of athletic wear will sponsor him in the NBA.
Simmons will follow the lead of Cleveland Cavaliers mentor LeBron James in joining Nike, as revealed by UNINTERRUPTED via Twitter on Tuesday.

Simmons has already joined James’ agency network Klutch Sports, so it’s no surprise he jumped on a Nike sponsorship as well. Of course, it made sense that Nike would want to sponsor Simmons, who is widely regarded as the likely No. 1 overall pick in this summer’s NBA Draft.
Simmons, in his lone season at LSU, averaged 19.2 points, 11.8 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
