Todd Harris is one of the top safety prospects in the country. On Sunday, he took to Twitter to let people know he was making an announcement.
I will be committing today at 5pm today.

Many thought he would be announcing which school he would be attending, with LSU Alabama and Ole Miss as the finalists.
What happened next has people in an uproar.
Instead of announcing he was committing to a college, the country’s No. 7 safety announced he was committing to Plaquemine (La.) High School, his high school.

My mind is blown. Todd Harris didn't put on any three hats. Put on a Plaquemine hat and revealed a Plaquemine jersey. He's committed to HS.
