The Chicago Cubs traditional colors are blue, white and red.
But the kids like those new and different jerseys anyways right?
Wait, this is no child, it’s a full grown man in with beard in a Cubs hat and jersey fashioned in LSU colors. It seems almost sacrilegious to completely change a team’s colors to your own liking.

It just looks weird, and on all days to wear it, this man decides the right day to bring it out was Friday, the date of the Cubs first home World Series game since 1945.
LSU fans do take a lot of pride in their baseball program though. Alex Box Stadium fills to near capacity almost every night in the spring. The Tigers have six national championships and 17 College World Series appearances, all of which have come since the last time the Cubs made a World Series.
The program itself was only 15 years old the last time the Cubs won a World Series. LSU introduced the gold jerseys for the 1996 postseason and they went on to win the national title that year. Maybe there is something to this guy’s odd choice.
