Star LSU running back Derrius Guice has missed two consecutive practices with an undisclosed injury. However, photos from teammate and fellow tailback Clyde Edwards-Helaire appear to reveal the source of the injury: Guice had his wisdom teeth removed recently:

For anyone who was worried about Guice’s health considering the exact nature of his injury was unknown, these photos should provide some welcome (comic) relief. Whether head coach Ed Orgeron will be happy they got out to the public is another matter.
Guice, of course, is perhaps the premier running back in the SEC right now, and the primary hope for an LSU team looking to bounce back in a major way in 2017. The junior-to-be ran for 1387 yards and 15 touchdowns last season, and he’ll look to surpass those figures in what is likely his final college season.
