Ed Orgeron had plenty of free time on Saturday with the LSU-Florida game postponed, though that free time did not come without some controversy.
Nonetheless, the Tigers’ interim head coach could attend any game he wanted during his unplanned bye week. So where did Orgeron choose?
Orgeron stayed in-state, traveling to Strawberry Stadium in Hammond, La., where Southeastern hosted McNeese State, as seen in a picture tweeted by Chandler Rome of the American Press.

Orgeron coached at McNeese as a graduate assistant in 1985. Lance Guidry, McNeese’s head coach, played at the school and has coached there off-and-on since his coaching career began in 1994.
