Unlike his teammate Leonard Fournette, LSU defensive tackle Davon Godchaux has not yet announced whether he will be leaving the Tigers to enter the NFL in 2017.
And it appears that decision may not come quite yet.
According to Ross Dellenger of The Advocate, Godchaux won’t announce whether he will enter the NFL Draft until after LSU plays Louisville in the Citrus Bowl on Dec. 31.

Godchaux, a 6-foot-4 junior, has 58 tackles and 5.5 sacks this season. He also has a pair of fumble recoveries, while also starting all 11 games for the Tigers thus far.
He won’t be on the field with Fournette on New Year’s Eve, however, as the LSU running back has already announced he won’t be playing, instead preparing for the NFL Draft, a decision that has received both criticism and praise.
The Tigers and Cardinals kick off from Orlando, Fla., at 11 a.m. ET on ABC on Dec. 31.
