It didn’t take long for Les Miles to face criticism from some LSU fans. After the Tigers’ loss to Wisconsin, Andrew Denicola has even started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for a buyout of Miles.
“I am Andy denicola and i have suffered through underpreforming disappointing season after disappointing season under Les Miles. It’s time for a change,” the fan wrote in the post.
The campaign says it seeks to raise $1 million. The post goes on to say if the university doesn’t accept the money raised it will be donated to the Louisiana flood relief effort. The page has been up for two days, and at the time of this post has raised $190.
Denicola isn’t the only one to provide thoughts on Miles early this season. Former LSU player Marcus Spears called for him to be fired.
