Fullback JD Moore will miss the rest of the game after he injured his leg during the first half of Saturday night’s showdown, according to CBS’ Allie LaForce. According to LSU Radio, Moore left the game with a knee injury. Moore played sparingly throughout the first half, but stayed down after attempting to block on a running play.
Moore has been instrumental in Leonard Fournette’s success this season. He was so valued that Fournette even handed the team MVP award to Moore after LSU’s win over Auburn. Moore has missed LSU’s past two games after sustaining a knee injury in LSU’s victory over South Carolina.
