Kary Vincent Jr. has never been, well, shy about how solid his commitment to LSU is.
Nonetheless, the Tigers’ coaching staff continues to prioritize the Under Armour All-American cornerback. That’s evident by LSU defensive back coach Corey Raymond going in-home with Vincent on Thursday.
Raymond went in-home with Vincent during the December Contact Period as well.
Vincent, a 4-star cornerback, could be on his way to make one other official visit this weekend. That would be to Texas.
First-year Longhorns coach Tom Herman made a visit to Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial High during the December Contact Period to check in on Vincent. However, after the visit Vincent reiterated to SEC Country that he is exceedingly solid with the Tigers.
Vincent boasts a strong relationship with Raymond, who offered him over the spring then made an in-person visit just a few days later. That eventually led to Vincent’s commitment to the Tigers over the summer after making his inaugural visit to Baton Rouge.
Vincent officially visited LSU last weekend, which all but cemented his spot in the Tigers’ 2017 recruiting class. If and when he heads to Texas this weekend, it would be just a visit and nothing to be concerned about.
