LSU has thrived on the recruiting trail recently, and the Tigers landed another commitment on Friday night.
TK McClendon, a tight end from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson, Miss., committed to LSU after participating in the elite camp in Baton Rouge, La., on Friday, according to SEC Country’s Sam Spiegelman.

It was the second commitment of the day for the Tigers, who also landed 4-star quarterback Peter Parrish.
McClendon is the 15th commit in the Class of 2019 for LSU, which ranks eighth nationally and No. 5 in the SEC, per the 247Sports composite rankings. He is also the first tight end in the class for the Tigers.
