LSU’s push for prospects in the Peach State is becoming buzzworthy.
Soon after extending an offer to Stephenson (Ga.) High School Class of 2020 cornerback Javier Morton, an Alabama commitment, the Tigers offered Morton’s teammate and highly sought-after defensive tackle Nazir Stackhouse.
Stackhouse committed to Georgia a month ago.
The 6-foot-3, 290-pound rising junior holds offers from Florida, Florida State, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Ohio State, among others. You can now add LSU to that quickly growing list.
LSU holds only one commitment in its 2020 recruiting class — blue-chip defensive lineman McKinnley Jackson. Stackhouse is just the second defensive lineman to garner an offer from the team thus far.
