The unfortunate end of SEC Country is merely 48 hours away.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the pleasure of covering a major coaching change, elite prospects and players, and even better people. That includes moms and dads, brothers and sisters and even some Maw-Maws.
Before SEC Country closes its door officially on June 30, I wanted to reminisce, and that meant a look back at some of my favorite stories since I kick-started this operation on the LSU beat in 2015. From Leonard Fournette’s rise to stardom, to DeVonta Smith’s difficult decision between the Tigers and Tide, to Terrace Marshall Jr.’s #M2B campaign, it has been a fun, adventurous and absolutely rewarding ride.
We don’t know what the future holds, but we can look back at our time together at SEC Country with pride. Here are some of the best memories:
