In a month’s time, little has changed for Sci Martin.
Martin, a TCU commit, told SEC Country that LSU and Alabama were ranked second and third respectively, in his top three.
After taking official visits to Alabama and LSU over the past two weekends, that order remains unchanged for the No. 43 weakside defensive end in the nation.
Despite being courted by the LSU coaching staff all weekend in Baton Rouge, La., the three-star defensive end said “he doesn’t know” what it would take for him to flip from TCU to LSU.
“The visit went good,” Martin said, “but I’m still with TCU. I fit in well at all three, but TCU is No. 1.”
The 6-foot-4, 230-pound Martin spent a large fraction of the weekend with LSU defensive line coach Ed Orgeron.
“They need me there. (Coach Orgeron) was explaining why they need me,” Martin said. “They see me rushing off the edge. (I would fit in) pretty well.”
Martin is rated as Louisiana’s No. 34 prospect.
