Leonard Fournette has captured the hearts and minds of plenty of people in his short time at LSU. The rising junior running back raced out to the lead for the Heisman Trophy last year and very well could be a favorite to win the Heisman this year.
That is going to engender plenty of tribute. None may be more touching than the one LSU student Michael Anderson made.
Jacques Doucet of WAFB in Baton Rouge chronicled the work this student made, creating an image of Fournette with his daughter, Lyric. Anderson then presented the image to Fournette, who apparently liked it.

He certainly created a really special image and painting of Fournette and his daughter, showing a bit of Fournette’s life off the field and behind the scenes.
