METAIRIE, La. — Kristian Fulton has plenty of big decisions to make over the next month.
His first has been made.
Fulton, the nation’s No. 4 cornerback, will visit LSU — not Miami — on Jan. 15, he told SEC Country on Saturday.
Fulton joins a loaded group of New Orleans area prospects that’ll make the short trek to Baton Rouge, La., that weekend. He will join the likes of LSU commits Andre Anthony, Jamal Pettigrew, Edwin Alexander, Andraez Williams, Glen Logan, Donavaughn Campbell and Cameron Lewis, and some highly touted uncommitted players such as D’Andre Christmas-Giles and Nigel Warrior.
Fulton’s official visit schedule was always set for the month of January, but he was deciding between LSU, which he had unofficially visited a handful of times over the fall, and Miami.
This month, Fulton will take three official visits: to LSU on Jan. 15, Arkansas on Jan. 22 and Florida on Jan. 29.
The 6-foot, 177-pound cornerback from Archbishop Rummel High School (Metairie, La.) is rated as Louisiana’s No. 3 prospect, per 247Sports’ composite rankings.
