Keion Joyner, the nation’s No. 4 outside linebacker, is no longer a part of his high school team.
According to Havelock News, Joyner’s high school coach confirmed that his star player would no longer play for him. The coach did not provide a reason why Joyner was no longer on the team.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder had Florida State, LSU and North Carolina in his top three. He is supposed to make his college decision at the Under Armour All-American game on Jan. 2.
Depending on what led up to Joyner not being on his high school team anymore, it’s possible that schools pull back their scholarship offers.
