LSU picked up a big-time commitment on Wednesday.
JaCoby Stevens, a 4-star athlete from Nashville, chose the Tigers over Tennessee, according to Rivals.com’s Woody Wommack.
Stevens, who reported 18 offers, plays wide receiver and safety for Oakland High School. Stevens becomes LSU’s second commitment for the class of 2017, joining 4-star defensive tackle Tyler Shelvin from Lafayette, La.
Stevens is rated as the No. 5 athlete in the nation and No. 3 player in Tennessee for 2017.
