LSU is adding a quarterback.
On Wednesday, Andre Sale announced that he is transferring to LSU. He spent the past two seasons at Tennessee Tech. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound player is a native of Little Rock, Ark.
Sale made his announcement in a note released on Twitter:

Sale’s addition comes after LSU missed out on quarterback targets so far in its attempt to build its 2018 recruiting class. As a result, the Tigers also have depth concerns at the position. Starter Danny Etling, who threw for 7,076 yards with the Tigers, was a senior this season.
Sale completed 123 of 209 passes for 1,520 yards with 8 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in eight games during the most recent campaign as redshirt freshman.
LSU completed the most recent season with a 9-4 record, capped by a loss to Notre Dame in the Citrus Bowl.
