Former LSU wide receiver Tyron Johnson reportedly has a new home.
As reported by Chris Hagan of FOX 8 New Orleans, Johnson will transfer to Oklahoma State. Earlier this month, Johnson’s father, Tyrone, told The Advocate that his son wanted to play in a “more wide open offense.”
Being told former LSU wide receiver Tyron Johnson is headed to Oklahoma State. That would be a pretty good offense for him.

Johnson, a former five-star prospect, totaled just nine catches for 150 yards last year with LSU. Given Oklahoma State’s rangy offense and the pass-happy style of play that populates the Big 12, Johnson could find a good opportunity waiting for him in Stillwater.
