The changes keep coming at LSU.
Shortly after word came out Sunday that coach Les Miles reportedly had been fired, The Advocate’s Ross Dellenger reported that long-time defensive line coach Pete Jenkins is expected to join the Tigers’ staff to coach that area.
Jenkins is no stranger to LSU. He coached at the school from 1980 to 1990 and from 2000 to 2001.

Bringing someone in who’s familiar with LSU’s program would be a wise move. The transition for Jenkins would be easy, and his knowledge gained over time would be an asset for the Tigers’ defense.
