For the second time in 2017, it appears as though someone has broken into LSU’s Tiger Stadium.
According to a report from The Daily Reveille, the LSU police department was called by an LSU staff member on Sunday morning in reference to a burglary that allegedly happened at the 102,000-seat venue.
The school newspaper accessed the crime report, which detailed that someone is believed to have gained unauthorized access to the interior of the stadium between 10 p.m. on Saturday night and 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. The report did not specify an items taken or damaged, and there are no known suspects at this time.
It is the second time this month that someone has allegedly broken into the stadium. Earlier in January, vandals reportedly broke into Tiger Stadium and damaged the field.
