Jalen Curry is making another visit to LSU on Thursday.
Curry, a top-100 prospect in the 2019 class, confirmed to SEC Country that he is on the Baton Rouge campus and scheduled to take in the Tigers’ third spring practice later today.
Curry, a 4-star prospect from St. Pius X (Texas) High School in Houston, is the No. 17-ranked wide receiver in the country and the No. 11 overall recruit from the Lone Star State.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound wideout is making his third unofficial visit to LSU since January, when he attended the Elite Junior Day function. Curry returned a month later with KB3, his 7-on-7 squad, before a competition at the Pylon 7-on-7 event in February.
Curry has made a habit out of the short trek from Houston to Baton Rouge largely as he tunes in to the new-look offense under coordinator Steve Ensminger. The 4-star receiver said the Tigers are among the schools pushing hardest for his commitment.
“They’re definitely on top,” Curry said in an interview with SEC Country last month. “Great communication with Coach O and Coach Joseph. They’re really on me a lot. They really like my game and they really want me to come.”
