LSU running back Derrius Guice was in the weight room on Friday and casually squatted 650 pounds.
You read that right. 650 pounds!
It was an incredible display of strength, and fortunately for Tigers fans — and for anybody else who wants to feel incredibly weak — Guice’s feat was captured on video by freshman defensive end Aaron Moffitt.
Watch as Guice lifts way more than most people can:

Guice is entering his junior season at LSU. And if his upcoming year on the gridiron is based off the work he’s putting in in the weight room, then Tigers fans should be very pleased.
Last year, Guice rushed for 1,387 yards and 15 touchdowns, earning him first team All-SEC honors.
So now, Guice’s offseason has consisted of a new back tattoo and incredible feats in the weight room. What does the LSU back have in store next? Perhaps it’ll be continuing to be one of the best running backs in the SEC.
