BATON ROUGE, La. — LSU didn’t miss a beat with No. 7 sidelined.
But upon his return, the offense took yet another leap forward.
Star running back Leonard Fournette single-handedly is providing big play after big play out of the LSU backfield, evident by 59-yard and 76-yard touchdown runs against Ole Miss.
Fournette amassed 171 yards on just 6 carries, including both of those trips to the end zone to give the No. 25-ranked Tigers a 21-13 lead at home.
Oh yeah, and it isn’t even halftime yet.
