The NBA season tipped off on Tuesday night, which also means the return of one of the best studio crews in sports. Basketball legends Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley wasted no time going at each other like usual.
Sometimes it seems like there’s not enough distance between the two former SEC standouts, even though they’re sitting on either side of the set. During halftime of the game between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets, Barkley called one of O’Neal’s points “stupid.”
That’s when O’Neal took an opportunity to remind Barkley about LSU’s 20-point comeback win over Barkley’s alma mater.

Of course, O’Neal says “20-7” lead despite it being a 20-0 lead, LSU’s biggest comeback ever in an SEC game.
The loss thwarted Auburn’s attempt to come out of Death Valley with a win for the first time since 1999 and extended its losing streak in the venue to nine games.
After Auburn kicked a field goal in the second quarter to take a 23-7 lead, LSU reeled off 27 unanswered points, starting with a touchdown shortly before halftime. Meanwhile, Auburn was held scoreless after halftime.
