With only four days left before Mississippi State faces Missouri on ESPN, the Bulldogs (6-2, 2-2 SEC) were anxious to have the bye week pass and hit the field for some practice before they face the Tigers (4-4, 1-4). Football on a Thursday night is better than watching regular network sitcoms.
Here are two things to know:
- Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen addressed the media today and discussed what his team did during the bye week. Mullen also talked about the final play in the Miami-Duke game and what that would look like in practice.
- Mullen remembered former Bulldogs defensive end Nick Bell on the fifth anniversary of his death. He said that he hopes that he never has to to go through anything like that ever again.
