Caleb Chandler, a 3-star offensive tackle from Jefferson, Ga., decommitted from Iowa State University and revealed his new top 6 choices on Twitter on Tuesday.
SEC schools Mississippi State and Florida made the cut for the 6-foot-5, 385 pound player who reopened his recruitment.
“I would like to thank Coach Campbell and Coach Manning in believing in me from the start, and I have nothing but love for Iowa State University. But after ALOT of thought and talking with my parents and family, I feel like I may have rushed my commitment,” Chandler said in a note posted to Twitter.
Iowa State, Georgia Southern, Virginia Tech and Louisville were also among the top-6 schools he listed.
