Prescott threw two interceptions in Dallas’ Sunday loss to the New York Giants, which led to some murmurs about backup Tony Romo possibly returning to his starting role. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones backed his rookie signal caller on Thursday.
“We completely support Dak as our starting quarterback. Unequivocally. That’s that,” Jones said, according to Drew Davison of the Star-Telegram. “There is no issue there at all.”
