Former Mississippi State and current Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has a funny way of dealing with his newfound fame in Dallas.
Through three games, the Cowboys’ rookie quarterback has had an impressive start to his NFL career, as he has led Dallas to a 2-1 record — good for a second-place tie in the NFC East — hasn’t thrown an interception and has completed 66.7 percent of his passes.
According to CBS Sports’ John Breech, Prescott has a funny way of handling his newfound fame.
“I guess I’ve been more noticeable lately,” Prescott said. “People in the drive-thru ask me if I’m Dak. I tell them ‘No,’ and then I tell them ‘Yes’ as I drive off.”
So if you happen to be in Dallas and see someone that looks like Prescott in the drive-thru, you might want to snag a selfie or an autograph, even if he tries claiming otherwise.
