The hype surrounding Dallas Cowboys rookie quarterback Dak Prescott continues to grow. The former Mississippi State quarterback received the highest offensive grade for the Cowboys this week from Pro Football Focus.
Prescott completed more than 70 percent of his passes and threw for 292 yards in Dallas’ victory over the Washington Redskins. He had a quarterback rating of 103.6.
Pro Football Focus gave him a grade of 81.7 for his performance.
“While under pressure, he managed to complete six of eight passes. Although he was sacked four times (one of which was a designed bootleg at the end of the game to run out the clock), he played mistake-free football, and had some clutch medium-range completions to Dez Bryant across the middle to continue drives,” Pro Football Focus said in its post
