Dak Prescott’s rookie season with “America’s Team” has sent his popularity soaring across the country, so much that only two NFL players have seen their jerseys fly off the shelves more than his recently.
On Wednesday afternoon, Mississippi State football’s official Twitter account posted an image from NFLshop.com that shows Prescott’s jersey was the third-best seller during the four months from April 1 to July 31.
The only players who beat him out were, of course, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady and Oakland Raiders RB Marshawn Lynch.
Here’s a look at the map of the top 10 overall jerseys and the leader in each state.

Prescott’s No. 4 Cowboys jersey leads in Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Virginia.
The 6-foot-2, 238-pound Prescott had a phenomenal rookie season for the Cowboys. He won NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year and made the Pro Bowl after completing 67.8 percent of his passes for 3,667 yards, 23 TDs and only 4 INTs.
He guided the Cowboys to a 13-3 regular season record and No. 1 overall seed in the NFC. It was just the second playoff trip in the last seven seasons for Dallas, which fell to the Green Bay Packers, 34-31, in the divisional round.
Other players from SEC schools being represented in states were Odell Beckham Jr., Eric Berry, Julio Jones, Matthew Stafford and Von Miller.
