Mississippi State will go with maroon for the St. Petersburg Bowl.
The Bulldogs are making final preparations for their bowl game against Miami (Ohio) on Monday. On Sunday, Mississippi State’s Twitter account revealed that the Bulldogs will wear maroon at Tropicana Field.

In addition, Mississippi State players and coaches took part in a team picture on Sunday at Tropicana Field as a way to capture the experience. The maroon jerseys are on full display.

Mississippi State (5-7) and Miami (Ohio) (6-6) kick off at 11 a.m. ET Monday. A victory for the Bulldogs would be a fine way to end an otherwise inconsistent year for them.
