Former Illinois wide receivers coach Mike Bellamy has apparently found a new job in Starkesville, Miss. Bellamy took to twitter to let the world know he will be with the Mississippi State football program in some capacity. Bellamy coached at Illinois for four seasons.
Co-offensive coordinator Billy Gonzales currently coaches the Bulldogs’ wide receivers, so it is unclear what role Bellamy will play at Mississippi State.
