Mississippi State’s 2017 recruiting class is coming together quite nicely.
Three-star safety Kaleb Oliver visited campus last week and announced his commitment to the Bulldogs on Wednesday, according to Rivals’ Woody Wommack.
The Bulldogs now hold 17 commitments for next year’s class.
The Murfreesboro, Tenn., native holds a reported six offers and chose Mississippi State over Cincinnati, Louisville, Memphis, South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Middle Tennessee State.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect is rated as the nation’s No. 44 safety and the state of Tennessee’s No. 19 player, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
