Mississippi State reportedly is down a defensive back.
Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen confirmed to The Clarion-Ledger’s Will Sammon on Thursday that defensive back Jamoral Graham no longer is with the team. Earlier Thursday, Graham posted a message on Instagram thanking Mississippi State and a variety of people who helped him along his football journey.
The senior had 28 tackles with three interceptions last season. He also had five passes defensed. The Bulldogs finished 6-7 in 2016, capped by a victory over Miami (Ohio) in the St. Petersburg Bowl.
