After breaking Tom Brady’s record earlier in the game for most passes without an interception to start a season, Prescott was picked off in the third quarter. Prescott tried squeezing in a pass to Jason Witten but was picked off by Morgan Burnett.

The interception led to a Green Bay field goal. Prescott had already thrown 2 touchdown passes in the game as the Cowboys built a 20-6 lead against the Packers.
On Prescott’s next drive, he responded by throwing a touchdown pass to extend the Cowboys’ lead.
