It’s raining in Charlotte and the footballs are drenched. But don’t tell that to Mississippi State defensive back Brandon Bryant.
The freshman made a diving one-handed catch — without gloves — to nab a pass over the middle from N.C. State quarterback Jacoby Brissett. It was the Bulldogs’ second interception of the game, and two plays later, Mississippi State scored its second touchdown of the game.
The Bulldogs lead 14-0 through the first quarter of the Belk Bowl.
