Rest easy, Ole Miss fans.
Rumors have been swirling around the status of 5-star quarterback Shea Patterson in recent weeks, but the standout signal caller reaffirmed his commitment to Ole Miss via Twitter Tuesday.
“Officially done with high school!” Patterson tweeted. “Want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way. Next stop..Oxford, MS.”

Patterson committed to Rebels on Feb. 17 and has visited Ole Miss several times over the past 10 months. However, Patterson welcomed Alabama coach Nick Saban and offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin for an in-home visit last week.
However, it looks like the Crimson Tide’s final run fell short and Ole Miss can count on Patterson enrolling in school in January.
