Ole Miss left tackle Laremy Tunsil is officially in the NFL, but he just left his former school with a big mess to clean.
Tunsil admitted to reporters in Chicago shortly after he was drafted that he received impermissible benefits from the program, specifically receiving money from a coach.

Tunsil reportedly denied an exchange of money originally, then admitted to it after being asked a second time and was ushered off stage.
An alleged Instagram hack of Tunsil’s account revealed text messages between Tunsil and Ole Miss Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations John Miller that showed the star left tackle asking Miller to help him pay his rent and his mother’s electric bill.
Earlier in the night, an alleged hack of Tunsil’s Twitter account revealed a video of Tunsil smoking out of a bong. This video was posted and immediately deleted minutes before the 2016 NFL Draft began. Tunsil ultimately fell out of the top 10 to the Miami Dolphins with the 13th pick.
If confirmed, the ramifications from this scandal could be incredibly damaging for Ole Miss.
