This weekend will be Ole Miss’ first big official visit weekend of January, and four-star wide receiver Quartney Davis will be counted among the visitors, the Houston native said via Twitter Wednesday.

Davis released his top five on Twitter Tuesday, and Ole Miss made the cut; along with Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and UCLA. He took an official visit to Oklahoma State last weekend and is set to take an official visit to Texas A&M on Jan. 29.
The 6-foot-2, 181-pound recruit is the No. 24 wide receiver in the country and the No. 130 player overall.
Ole Miss has one wide receiver on its commitment list in four-star D.K. Metcalf, who is an Oxford, Miss. native. The Rebels are looking to replace their top two receivers after losing Laquon Treadwell to the NFL draft and Cody Core to graduation. Treadwell and Core combined to catch 119 passes for just fewer than 1,800 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2015.
