NCAA Enforcement Staff: Atmosphere at Ole Miss was ‘anything but compliant’

One day after then NCAA set the date for the Ole Miss hearing in front of the Committee on Infractions, the organization on Thursday released its formal reply, a document describing all 21 alleged violations in question.

Ole Miss athletic administrators and former coach Hugh Freeze, who resigned last month amid the alleged violations as well as controversy over calls found on his phone records, will appear before the committee on Sept. 11 this fall. The hearing could possibly take several days.

In the reply, as CBS Sports reporter Dennis Dodd has pointed out, the NCAA repeatedly refers to the Ole Miss program as seriously noncompliant. Here are a few highlights:
